TP Series

• Valve Tester with manual hold down clamps on a 24" square base plate, and a 10" diameter test plate with o-ring grooves.
• Capable of testing flanged and threaded valves from 1/2" to 6" 150 LB. Class to 600 LB. Class.
• Hydrostatic test pressures from 0-3000, 0-5000 and 0-10,000 PSI depending on sizes of valves being tested.
• Panel mounted 4" dial gauge, pump regulator, air shut off and drain valve.

ATP Series

• Air-under water valve tester used to test 1/4" up to 4" threaded valves up to 100 PSI air.
• Tester uses air cylinder to clamp and seal the valve in place. Another air cylinder is used to tilt the fixture in and out of the water.
• Clear acrylic water tank for full 360 degree view of the valve being tested.
• Both Clamping Pressures and Test Pressures fully adjustable with panel mounted pressure regulators and gauges.

ATR Series

• Air-under water valve tester capable of testing 1/4" to 2" threaded and welded end valves.

• Pneumatically actuated test plate can submerge valves underwater during testing. Acrylic shield with tubular frame protects operator during testing.
• Electric filter pump with removable filter cartridges keep water clean.

TP-HP Series

• Manual hold-down clamps used to test flanged valves and threaded valves with adapter plates.
• Seal plate with o-rings are used to seal valve flanges during tests.
• Stainless steel tank used to store water as the test media, while test pressures from 0-3000 PSI is obtained using panel-mounted hand pump.
• 6" dial gauges with mirror dials, gauge cutout valves ranges from 0-300, 0-600, 0-1500 and 0-3,000 PSI with red-hand maximum pressure pointers.
• Powder coated 12-gauge sheet metal cabinet, hard anodized aluminum base plate and gauge panel.

Series MC

• Portable valve tester with acme screw clamp with seal plates with o-ring grooves.
• Capable to clamp 1/2" to 8" flanged valves Class 150.

• Can perform up-stream and downstream seat tests as well as shell tests to 1125 PSI.
